Defense Mechanisms Unmasked

Indeed we shall address the defense mechanisms that arise and that were born out of that original separation by the spark of Light from the One. Therefore, beloved, as already identified, the original defense mechanism was fear, and so we are beginning at the point of differentiation and we shall go down unto this level of being in a form that is encased in matter and the material plane and the consciousness that does correspond with this third dimension indeed.

Therefore, in the beginning of this particular round of evolution, beloved, there was the separation from the One, again, out of individualization at first, and fear did arise. And this was the first defense mechanism, born out of the identification with separation versus individualization from the One. And then, beloved, as that fear did take grip of the spark of energy, there did arise within that anger and blame for, you see, one in that state of fear then immediately entered the duality consciousness, and did perceive other sparks around one as being potential offenders and aggressors, and therefore there did arise anger.

And from that anger and blame, beloved, there did arise within that spark, the sense of condemnation and judgment, beloved, the need to assess whether that other spark was indeed also ultimately in a state of fear, or whether that spark was integrated in Love. But you see, due to the vibration of fear within one, this judgment was skewed, beloved, and was not clear. Therefore, having entered into all of these vibrations that were outside of the Love flame, one did experience hurt and pain, beloved, always going back to the original pain of separation.

And then, beloved, guilt did arise, for there was ultimately guilt within the spark of the knowledge that one had chosen fear, and that one had chosen separation, rather than individualization. Therefore we did enter a vibration of guilt, and in order to cover up the guilt that did oppress one and did put one lower and lower and lower into the denser spheres, beloved, bringing us into this third dimension, which yet did cover over the game that was being played simultaneously for the integration then of Love within lower vibrations, for this did remain then as the underlying experiment, and as the underlying game, as we are calling it, beloved.

Therefore one did enter that vibration of guilt, and one did then, within the guilt, feel the need to, once again, blame another. And in the process, one ultimately did blame oneself, for one knew that ultimately we did create our reality, beloved, whatever that reality might be. And therefore in that extreme state of guilt and then blame, one did let go of the responsibility, the ability to respond, as this word has been decoded for you, beloved.

And so one did let go of that responsibility, and therein was born the defense mechanism within this third dimensional plane of dependence, beloved, extreme dependence, where one decided that all of one's woes and foes were ultimately born from another, and that one did not create this, for to accept this creation would bring about more guilt or would force one, beloved, to go back up the ladder and face that guilt, which was O so very painful, and which is so very painful.

And then those therefore there be that chose the path of dependence, and others there be that chose the extreme path of independence. And here we find the duality of the feminine and the masculine poles in that duality consciousness, beloved, which are the errant spirals that correspond to those two avenues. Therefore on the one hand we have the dependence of the negative feminine, and we have the extreme independence of the negative masculine.

Therefore in the negative feminine, the defense mechanism is simply to look to another to solve our problems, and in the negative masculine, the extreme independence is to decide that we do not require an exchange with anyone, for ultimately we must protect ourselves within our own sphere so that no one else can hurt us any longer. In either case, beloved, we become divorced from interdependence, which is the awareness that one does have the responsibility to interact with life and to transform spirals of energy, and ultimately to transfer the Love of the Light that one did know at the level of the One.

Therefore, then, in either one of those states, we do come finally to grips with the ultimate defense mechanism, beloved, which is denial. And the Buddha did give many teachings on this matter, and the denial is the ultimate going to sleep of the soul that says, "O I can no longer deal with all of this reality that is upon me, and I shall simply go into a spiritual coma, as it were, and shut my eyes and shut my ears and shut my senses unto the reality of the game and of the duality and polarity integration game, and I shall go to sleep. And in that slumber I shall enter the mechanistic way."

And then that becomes the reality that many are in. They have become mechanistic, beloved. They have programmed themselves to react, to feel, to hear, to see, out of those outer, third-dimensional senses, without any connection or contact with the inner and higher planes. And so this then becomes the beginning of the journey back unto the One, and yet it must be achieved through the One.

And therefore the first thing that must happen unto an individual is the awakening of the soul unto reality. And then once the soul, as that inner child, has been awakened, little by little, we do contact the layers of the defense mechanisms all the way up unto the summit. And yet they are interconnected and intermeshed, and we do find that in the ball, if you will, of layer upon layer, those layers of sand that must be turned into the pearl, we do find that we encounter a layer of each of the defense mechanisms, and we transform layer upon layer.

And then we rise up and go into the pearl, and then we may contact a new spiral, if you will, a new layer upon layer of incrustations of the defense mechanisms. And it goes on and on, beloved, into different arenas and different areas. And it gets very complex at this point and at this level, and yet if we do follow the inner promptings, all we do need then is to have the inner compass. Study the teaching, beloved, the release on that compass, and then we simply follow that inner compass that does know what we require to look at, one layer at a time, one spiral at a time.

And therein we do engage in the dance, we do engage in the process of the integration of spirals unto the One, and unto the experience of oneness, beloved, where that spark of Light that I am, that you are, that we are, is fully interconnected and integrated with the Love and no longer with the fear, which is the original defense mechanism.

O beloved, I am Crystal, I am Athena, I am Origin, I am El Morya, I am Sayana. We are One. Therefore let it be known that this release has come forth from this Council, beloved, of Five. Therefore, we are One, the seven together. I embrace you, my beloved.
