Counseling

This involves helping you through knotty circumstances in your life. If you are or will be experiencing challenging events or inner upheaval, or if you simply would like help in making sense of things, then counseling with Emilia Crystal can help you make the shifts you need to make to achieve greater balance in your life.

Facilitating contact with your inner child or soul

Using techniques to help you to go to the heart and find a place of center, Emilia Crystal will help you to reconnect with your inner child or soul. Through this process you may find yourself connecting with inner pain that your soul may express. This pain may have manifested in different ways in your life: as depression, anger, sadness, anxiety and a host of ways our outer consciousness contrives to avoid dealing with the soul's pain. Dialoging with your soul will begin the process of true healing of this pain. You may also find that your inner child or soul is hurt because you (your outer consciousness) does not pay enough attention to her or him. This work is essential before one can establish a clearer connection with one's Higher Self. Facilitating contact with your Higher Self

Once you have established an open dialog with your soul and have achieved a measure of healing and resolution of your soul's pain, the doors swing open for you to contact and establish a dialog with your own Higher Self. Through centering techniques she describes on this website, Emilia Crystal will facilitate the process whereby you will be able to dialog and commune with your Higher Self.

Energetic work to facilitate your DNA's Recoding, Reconnection and Activation

When an individual has consented at inner levels to make the shift to the New Energy, one of the changes that occurs is the recoding, reconnection and the activation (RRA) of the individual's DNA, chakra and endocrine systems. Energy work to facilitate this process can be very beneficial. Emilia offers this service to release blocks and otherwise facilitate the RRA process.

Counseling for parents

Through the parenting of six children, her study and practice of Maria Montessori's teachings and especially through her great love for all children, Emilia Crystal has developed profound expertise and sensitivity in all aspects of parenting. If this is an area where you are experiencing challenges, Emilia Crystal can assist you to improve the relationship with your children and to become a better, more effective parent.

For example, you may decide to have some personal counseling during the first part of the session, and then have inner-child facilitation for the rest of the session. A one-hour session in person or by phone costs 100 Canadian dollars. At this point Emilia Crystal is making arrangements to accept major credit cards. Once she is able to accept credits cards, which should be very soon, she'll be able to schedule telephone sessions.
